Luxurious Villa for Sale in Mallasilla

Every single detail of this villa, down to the stonework on the floor, was selected by me. It was my dream. This dream was 2 years in the making, and it is now sitting at a beautiful altitude of 3,300 meters above sea level, waiting for someone to live in it. My plan had always been to be its occupant. Unfortunately, my realities have changed, and I must face the discomforting thought of moving on with my life.

For those who live in La Paz, you are already familiar with Mallasilla, the subdivision located just below the famous Valle de la Luna in the Zona Sur. This house is located on Calle 3, across from a football field (which means that the view of the Altiplano that you have from the front of the house will never be lost). The house is within walking distance of the Club de Caza y Pesca and a few minutes away from the Golf Club. It is always at least 5 degrees warmer in Mallasilla than in central La Paz.

These pictures were all taken by me and are, therefore, not professional quality. The house has 210 square meters and sits on a plot of a bit more than 500 square meters.
